BRC sets the criteria for the quality management system in Bioco. The standard originates in the British retail trade and is recognized for having one of the most demanding requirements for quality management from the various recognized standards. Bioco is certified according to this standard by SAI Global and has BRC site code 3708521.

Approval by the authorities is a requirement, and Bioco is approved by the regulations for production of meat products. Bioco is approved under EFTA number 2322.

Norilia stands for all sales and market development of Bioco's products.

Norilia is certified according to ISO 9001:2015. ISO 9001:2015 sets out the criteria for a quality management system. This standard is based on a number of quality management principles including a strong customer focus, the motivation and implication of top management, the process approach and continual improvement. Using ISO 9001:2015 helps ensure that customers get consistent, good quality products and services.
